About the Job
We are looking for a talented UI Designer to create amazing user experiences. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.Job Responsibilities:
- Understand client briefs and actively contribute to the brainstorming and ideation process.
- Create User Interface designs referencing latest platform innovation and technology advancements.
- Contribute own ideas for internal projects and guidelines.
- Create banners for websites, marketing campaigns and social media channels.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
- Seek out new design resources that can deliver world class results.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
Job Requirements
- +2 years of experience and proven track record.
- Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
- Experience using tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator.
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Ability to work well with a team.
- Dependable to be at work during assigned shifts and to complete work as expected.
- Must be comfortable in self-managed and team tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language.
- Good communication skills.
